Annual Assembly 2026 in Liverpool
Monday 9 and Tuesday 10 November 2026
Holiday Inn, Liverpool Lime Street, Liverpool
Held over two days, this year’s event will bring together leaders and stakeholders from across the biomass, bioenergy and bioproducts community to connect, share knowledge and identify solutions for a more sustainable future.
On day 1, we are holding an industry forum looking at the challenges and opportunities for securing finance and investment in bioenergy projects. This will be in parallel to sessions organised by the SHARE Network for our early career researchers. In the evening we will host the Museum of the Future, demonstrating envisioned impact from our research projects.
Day 2 will be a showcase of where we have worked with stakeholders to add value and create impact, covering topics such as low-carbon fuels, BECCS, international partnerships, biomass policy, skills and capability development, and more.
A poster competition will showcase the latest research from Supergen-funded projects and the wider community.
Register your place via Eventbrite.
Registration will close on 26 October 2026.
