Deadline Friday 22nd of September: Submit an abstract to this years SUPERGEN Bioenergy Hub Assembly
We would like to invite you to submit an abstract to the Supergen Bioenergy Annual Assembly which will take place in Hillsborough Northern Ireland on the 25th of October.
Eligibility: Abstracts are only invited from authors who have received EPSRC Supergen Bioenergy Hub funding within the past 4 years (inc. core, challenge, flexible, small grant, sandpit).
This is a great opportunity for you to show the UK bioenergy community what you have achieved with your Supergen funding. We would also encourage presentations that explained how your findings to date influence future research priorities that could form part of the programme of work in the new Supergen Bioenergy hub from 2018.
Action required: The assembly this year is structured around the 5 key themes: Resources, Pre-treatment, Conversion, Vectors, Systems. Please email your 200 word abstract to Laura.Okeefe@manchester.ac.uk by 3pm on Friday 22nd of September, indicating which theme you would like your abstract to be considered in, who the presenting author will be and which Supergen research award you will be representing.
Deadline for submission: Friday 22nd September 2017 by 3pm. Successful authors will be notified on Friday 29th of September.
The 2017 SUPERGEN Bioenergy Hub Annual Assembly is a free event open to the bioenergy community and includes the conference dinner and return transport to Hillsborough from Belfast city centre. Registration will be open on Monday 25th of September, numbers are limited so please ensure you register promptly.
