New Supergen Bioenergy Hub report provides comprehensive overview of standards related to biofuel production

The Fuel Standards Summary report, published by Hub researchers Rowan Green (University of Bath), Sam Cooper (University of Bath) and Marcelle McManus (University of Bath) focuses on fuel quality and composition specifications to provide a comprehensive overview of the standards relating to biofuel production and use in the UK.

The report acts as a strong starting-point for those entering into the development of bio-based alternatives, as it can be used to gain an initial insight into which regulations must be considered in order to meet current fuel quality specifications in the areas of aviation, automotive, marine and hydrogen fuels, in addition to general biofuels and the gas grid.

The report is now available on the Hub website.
