On Thursday 27 February, our director Patricia Thornley visited the University of Nottingham for a roundtable discussion with the new Science Minister Amanda Solloway MP about women in STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths).

The roundtable was part of a showcase event from Midlands Innovation highlighting the world-leading research, academic and technical expertise in the Midlands.

The Minister also met with Chair of Midlands Innovation and Aston University Vice-Chancellor Alec Cameron.
